Early 20th century oak tambour front filing or music cabinet
Here we have an attractive and functional medium/dark oak tambour fronted cabinet stamped THE LEBUS CABINET on the metal escutcheon.
This cabinet has 9 drawers/shelves and would originally have been used for storing files or music.
The top of the cabinet can be raised to provide a slope for reading at or laying music on while being played.
The cabinet comes with its original key and castors, has fielded panels at sides and back and measures 120 x 50 x 45 cms.
Has a few scratches and marks consistent with age but overall is in very good order and would make a great functional and decorative piece of secure storage furniture.
